So, how do we get started?
I know that planning a wedding can be pretty daunting, but it doesn't have to be with the right support. I've created a 5 step process so you know exactly what you're getting with me as your celebrant. Check it out below.
Step One - Let's meet!
To kick things off, we jump on a call for 30 mins so you get the chance to size me up and I can start to understand more about you as a couple and what you are looking for in your wedding.
I’ll then walk you through the process of designing your ceremony in more detail and you can ask any questions. It's then over to you to decide if I'm the right celebrant for you.

Time frame: ASAP

Step Two - We build your ceremony!
You've decide that I am the right celebrant for you and we then meet in person - this is a critical step.
I'll take a proper brief from you, understand your vision so we can start building your ceremony together! Your legal journey towards becoming a married couple starts here too with your first official paperwork.
Time frame: Up to 18 months before your wedding, but at least 30 days before. These timings are legal requirements to complete your first legal document according to Australian marriage law.
Step Three - Time to personalise
To truly personalise your ceremony, I need to get to know you better. I share a questionnaire for you both to complete. The more detailed you can be, the better!
From this incredible intel, I can create the ceremony that reflects you with anecdotes and details your friends and family will love.

Time frame: I suggest we do this 3-6 months before your wedding. This way you can both dedicate time to your responses that I will then write into your ceremony.
Step Four - Check-in & Rehearsal
By this stage, I’ve now worked hard to create your personalised ceremony but I’m not just going to wing it on the day, and nor should you.
To make sure that everything is just as you’d hoped, I offer (and strongly recommend) a check-in and rehearsal. This is our opportunity to complete your remaining paperwork, run through the order of the ceremony and practice a few key sections to make sure that on the day, you are both in the moment and not wondering whether or not you're in the right place.

Time frame: within 30 days of your ceremony.
Step 5 - Time to get you married!
We've now arrived on your wedding day. The legal paperwork is done, dusted and ready for you to sign! Now it's time for you to get ready, be in the moment and let me take care of everything we've discussed. This is your day and I'm committed to doing everything in my power to make it everything you've dreamed of.
